Shree Aadya Pipa Dada Raksha Kalash Samadhi Sthaanam Utsav

Aadyapipadada is none other than Shree Sureshchandra Pandurang Dattopadhye. An ardent devotee of Shree Sainath and a true follower of Bapu! Every year, he used to perform Parayan of ‘Shree Sai satcharitra’ four times i.e. on Ramnavami, Gurupoornima, Krushnashtami, and Dassera. This was his regime for almost 60 years. He used to end his reading of a week in the afternoon on the day of Krushnashtami. He left for heavenly abode exactly on the day of Krushnashtami. This is the Abhisamvahan of Sainath that he performed all through his life. As described in the 11th chapter, “Akahand Ram Ladhal” turned out to be true in his life.

With the resolve of Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu the Aadyapipadada’s Samadhi was established on 19th April 2007, in the presence of Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu Himself along with, Param Poojya Nandaai and Param Poojya Suchitdada.

This Rakshakalash contains mixture of Udi given to Aadyapipadada’s father by Shree Sainath Himself along with the Udi that was given to Aadyapipadada by Param Poojya Aniruddha Bapu Himself which is mixed with the mortal remains of Aadyapipadada.

The six steps of this Samadhi stands for the 6 purusharthas ,namely; Dharma (way of living life), artha (financial gains), kaam (betterment of life), moksha (salvation), bhakti (devotion) and maryada (dignity) that Aadyapipadada realized with his Piplika panth (way). The Saisatcharita Granth that Aadyapipadada read daily is placed on the top of the Samadhi.

For a Shraddhavaan to travel on the Piplika Marg the Samadhi Sthan can give him tremendously positive energetic vibes.

We are blessed with the opportunity to perform ‘Shree Saisat Poojan’ in front of Samadhi.

We can pay our obeisance to the photograph of Shree Sainath when we stand on the Rangashila (stone) kept in front of Samadhi.

Aadyapipadada’s Samadhi was established on 19th April, this year it also happens to be Ramnavmi. This year Shree Aadya Pipa Dada Raksha Kalash Samadhi Sthaanam Utsav will be on 19.04.14, on this day we get the opportunity to listen abhangs that were written and composed by our beloved Aadyapipadada.
